International Marina Development and Management was established to concentrate on the acquisition, development and management of high quality marina, commercial, residential and industrial properties in Australia.

Formed in 2008 IMDM acquired Townsville’s Breakwater Marina and Hope Harbour Marina on Queensland’s Gold Coast.
 
The IMDM group of companies is the investment vehicle of a UK based investor associated with The Lord Ashcroft KCMG. In early 2009 the Group was successfully recapitalised and restructured by its new investors.
