Hon Shane L. Stone AC PGDK QC
(Executive Chairman)

Shane is the Executive Chairman and majority shareholder of the APAC Group of companies. APAC advises and consults to companies operating in the Asia Pacific region. The Group also manages its own strategic investments in Australia and overseas.

Shane has a strong background and track record in the export of Australian commodities. He has at various times acted as a non executive independent director to various public and private companies. In his public life Shane formerly served as Chief Minister of the Northern Territory and Federal President of the Liberal Party of Australia. 

Shane was a barrister prior to his entry into politics. Shane is a graduate of ANU; Sturt, Adelaide and Melbourne Universities. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, Australian College of Education and Australian Institute of Company Directors

He was made a Companion of the Order of Australia in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List 2006. He has also been conferred national awards from Indonesia and Malaysia.

Michael J. Adamson

Michael Adamson is an Executive Director and Corporate Counsel for the IMDM Group of Companies and Aussie Vineyards Ltd. He is an honours graduate from the prestigious Bond University Law School in Queensland. He is also an accredited specialist in Property Law with the Queensland Law Society.

Prior to entering into in-house corporate role, Michael worked in private practice with Adamsons Solicitors, Gold Coast, Queensland. He is a former Adjunct Teaching Fellow at Bond University Law School specialising in Land Law, Property Law, Corporations Law and Legal Drafting. He is also an occasional guest lecturer for the Queensland Law Society on Land and Property Law. Michael brings to the IMDM Group and Aussie Vineyards a strong background in banking, finance and prudential regulation.

He has acted for various Australian Banks and other financial institutions preparing, executing and enforcing contractual agreements and securities. Michael has acted for major developers in all aspects of land development and subdivisions. Further he has also acted for purchasers and vendors in major commercial acquisitions including shopping centers, commercial buildings and industrial estates.

In his role at IMDM, he has been at the forefront of building and developing the respective businesses of the Group and is involved on a daily basis with all aspects of the Groups commercial activities.

Mr. Andrew Wilson
MA [Cant], MBA [Massey], AMP [Duke]

(Non Executive Director)

Andrew Wilson (49)  is a UK based Director. He has a number of other public and private Company directorships including London Town Plc, Impellam Plc, Digital Marketing Group Plc, Global Health Partner AB, The Priory Group Limited, Retail Merchant Services Limited, and Artefact Funds Management Limited. He is also an Industrial Partner of Lyceum Capital LLP.

He was an Investment Banker for over  twenty five years, latterly with UBS Warburg. He left UBS Warburg in 1996 and has since been an active investor in public and private companies. Mr Wilson spent just on 5 years in New Zealand and Australia with Barclays and Ord Minnett. He holds dual NZ and UK citizenship.

He has an MA (Cantab) and an MBA (Massey) and has attended Duke University's AMP.

Graham Lello
B.ACC (Hons) (Stellenbosch, SA)

Graham started his accounting career with South African conglomerate and multinational Barloworld in South Africa. He subsequently moved to London where he worked for Anne Street Partners Limited as CFO and London Town Group Plc as Group Financial Controller. Anne Street is a corporate finance and private equity house that evaluates investments propositions for investors.

Graham has extensive financial and accounting experience across start ups, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, private equity funding and banking relationships. He successfully worked through the restructuring of London Town and its subsequent acquisition of some 250 pubs in a transaction in excess of $250 million. He has also worked on and led the floatation of a number of companies onto the London Stock Exchange, principally Digital Marketing Group Plc and Global Health Partner Plc.

Graham graduated with a Bachelor of Accounting with honours from Stellenbosch University, one of South Africa’s top 4 universities in research.

He joined IMDM in early 2009 as the Chief Financial Officer and was subsequently appointed to the Board as an Executive Director,
